About Me

I've loved words since I was little. My first recognition for my writing occurred when I was six years old and one of the winners in a Father's Day essay contest sponsored by a local department store. As the youngest winner, it was truly something.  I've never looked back. I've been fortunate to study a field I love, and most importantly, put my skills to work doing a job I love.

> Associate of Applied Business, Digital and Social Media Marketing, Eastern Gateway Community College, Steubenville, OH (currently in process)

Relevant Experience:

> Community college English instructor

> Workshop facilitator. I've taught writing courses to individuals age 50+

> Speaker. I have extensive public speaking experience addressing audiences of all ages. Most of my presentations have focused on writing, as well as job readiness and career exploration.

Miscellaneous:

> Previous jobs have included office assistant/receptionist, program manager, marketing assistant, proofreader, and caseworker. I have truly worked with folks from all walks of life.
